Those visitors who have experienced a Christkindlmarkt on their travels to Europe will be delighted to find that the Olympia market will not be lacking in the special ambiance. From the traditional look of the market stalls, to traditional music, from roasted sausages to roasted almonds, from lights and ornaments to toys and quality crafts for sale; this market is sure to become a "must visit" event that will draw visitors from near and far.

 

Although the Christkindlmarkt has traditional religious roots, the purpose nowadays is one of bringing festivities to a cold and dark time of year, bringing people together and maintaining old traditions.
